After spending some time searching for a specific car, I finally found exactly what I wanted at Sittingbourne Cars and Classics. The process of buying a car can be a minefield, but Kris went above and beyond to help me. There were a few things on the car that needed attention, and he wouldn't send it out until he was 100% confident everything was in perfect order.
I wasn't able to view the car in person, but Kris provided honest, clear communication throughout, sending photos and videos whenever I requested them. I couldn't be happier with the experience or with my new car, which I hope to enjoy for many years to come.

Fantastic service. I have just bought a Nissan X-Trail and from start to finish the service I received was Fantastic. This company really looks after their customers, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and looked after. I have never had better service when buying a car. I love my Nissan but If I ever need a new car again there is only one place I will go. They cannot be beaten on the service they provide.

This is the 1st time that I have dealt with this company and I have to say that they are 100%. From the initial contact to viewing the car to driving it away I could not fault them. The car was serviced, mot'd for a year and any work that needed doing was done straight away including a new cambelt kit, it even came with a years road tax. I cannot find one single thing to complain about i was kept updated as to what was happening regarding the car and it had a 100% valet. I bought the car for my daughter who is very happy with it. I personally think that they went above and beyond with the service that I recieved. Would I recommend buying a car from here, Yes without a doubt i 100% would. I drove the car away confident that everything was perfect and will return to them again if I need to part exchange or buy another car. I also found them to be very realistic on the price and very comfortable on agreeing a deal.

My wife and I have just bought a Mini All4 Countryman through Kris, and the whole experience could not have been easier. Kris brought the car to us to test drive, and very honestly pointed out a couple of small issues that needed rectifying with the car. The issues were sorted, he had the car MOT'd, and after confirming we'd like to buy it, he drove it back to us with all the paperwork, car service history etc. Kris is a great guy to deal with, honest and transparent, and any future additions to our garage we'll certainly look to go through Sittingbourne Cars and Classics again.

We purchased a car from Kris at Sittingbourne Cars and Classics and we genuinely could not be happier with our experience, from start to finish. Between us, my wife and I have bought 7 cars, and this was hands down the best purchase/process of them all by a long way.
We then mentioned an issue with our other car and Kris offered to look at it for us. He went above and beyond, just as he did with the vehicle we purchased, to identify the issue. He worked around my wife's work and even drove to Gillingham that day to collect the appropriate part for us.
We can't recommend Sittingbourne Cars and Classics enough. It's safe to say we won't be going anywhere else from now on. 10/10 service - thank you, Kris!

Can't praise Kris enough, his honestly, knowledge of cars and value for money make it hard to go past. In this industry every corner you go round is another forecourt however not all have the honesty Kris has.
